How We Help Letting Agents with our services Our letting agents do a fantastic job and we always look to maintain a close relationship with all the letting agents that we work with. With recent changes in the law, including the Tenant Fee Ban we see it necessary more than ever for us to work together. At My Property Your Home we are able to work in collaboration with letting agents and not in competition with them.
Letting agents love us, because of the the high standards of professional tenants that we look to house with their properties that may otherwise remain empty. If the property you manage requires some renovation to meet the expectations of our professional tenants, then we will also consider looking to invest our own money into the renovation of the property.
As well as this, we partner with our local letting agents to help us with the running and maintenance of the homes we take on through them. This helps us to establish a continuous beneficial relationship between ourselves, the landlord and local letting agent.
